Workshops & Bookings

What types of workshops do you offer?

We offer various types of customisable fragrance workshops – Candles, Perfumes, Reed Diffusers, Room Sprays. For more information, head to our workshops page.

Do you cater to larger scale events?

Yes of course! Whether you require booths with candle/perfume making bars, or need a workshop that caters to hundreds and thousands of people, we can plan and deliver. If you need to discuss further, please submit this form here.

How quickly can you plan and execute workshops?

For smaller scale workshops (10-20pax), they can be arranged and executed in 2 working days. Customised workshops with custom materials may take up to 7-10 working days before the workshops can commence. Please contact us in advance with regards to your workshop needs.

Can I incorporate various types of workshops in one?

Yes we can! We will recommend you a timeframe to set aside for your event in the case that you’d like to incorporate two or more types of products in your workshop. It is definitely possible to do so.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

What happens if my event is cancelled or rescheduled?

We understand your issues, and we are happy to help you get through them. Every event is being assessed on a case-by-case basis, please speak with our friendly staff to get everything sorted.

Is there any event where we cancel without penalties?

We do hope your events go smoothly as planned! But in the event that something unexpected happens, you can get a 90% refund if the implementation process for your event has not started. This means that no materials have been purchased yet, and the event is still in planning stage. Please make sure to let us know as soon as possible when your event is cancelled so that we can arrange it for you soonest.
